Plus Points:
· Performance
· Screenplay
· Twists
· Climax
Minus Points:
· No entertainment
Performance: Vijay Antony has given his best performance in the role of Prabhakaran while Arjun Sarja owns each and every scene with his dynamic and sharp performance. Arjun as the clever cop has done a good job. The one thing that works for the movie is Vijay Antony’s stone-faced seriousness. Newcomer Ashima Narwal is fine. Nassar who plays the mentor of Arjun is another interesting choice. Rest of the cast performed accordingly.
Technical: The storyline is interesting and impressive. Dialogues are ok. Music By Simon K King is good, but there is nothing memorable. The background score is better. The cinematography by Max is fine. The editing is ok. The action sequences are choreographed well. Production values for very good. Coming to the work of Andrew Louis, he has done a good job with the film. He has written a gripping screenplay.
Analysis: Killer is a simple crime thriller drama. The major asset of the film is its screenplay and the performance of Arjun Sarja and Vijay Antony. Killer is engaging and enjoyable at the same time.
