Vivek Agnihotri who is best known for helming the blockbuster drama The Kashmir Files starring Anupam Kher, made sensational comments on Ayan Mukerji And Karan Johar, and their upcoming film Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Recently during an interview, Vivek Agnihotri said, “Brahmastra, do they even know the meaning of that? And then they are talking about Astra Verse, what is even that? Then you put your director Ayan Mukerji, who can’t even pronounce Brahmastra. Ayan is a wonderful director. I loved his movies- Wake Up Sid and the second film and I wish he made a wonderful movie.”
The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri also slammed Karan Johar and mentioned his films have LGBTQ community.
Brahmastra which also has Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B, King Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in stellar roles, will hit the theaters on 9th September worldwide in a very grand manner.
On the otherside, Vivek Agnihotri is a member of the board of India’s Central Board of Film Certification[ and a cultural representative of Indian Cinema at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. He won the National Film Award for Best Screenplay – Dialogues for The Tashkent File. His next project is The Delhi Files.
