Abhishek Agarwal made a grand entry in Bollywood with The Kashmir Files which is winning the hearts of the movie lovers and is running successfully at the box office. Although several Telugu makers tested their luck in Bollywood, none got overnight popularity like that of Abhishek Agarwal who announced two more projects with director Vivek Agnihotri today on his birthday. Now according to the latest official report, The Kashmir Files team – Vivek Agnihotri, Pallavi Joshi and Abhishek Agarwal, will be working on two more films together. Today on the occasion of Abhishek Agarwal’s birthday, Vivek Agnihotri made an official announcement by releasing a video. The film has collected close to Rs 250 crore at the box office.
Like The Kashmir Files, their upcoming two projects will narrate two 2 brutally honest truths and unread chapters from Indian History to the world.
Tej Narayan Agarwal will present it whereas Abhishek Agarwal Arts and I am Buddha Production will produce it.
Anupam Kher and Mithun starrer The Kashmir Files is based on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990, during the Kashmir insurgency. It is a true story, based on video interviews of the first generation victims of the Genocide of the Kashmiri Pandit community. It’s a heart wrenching narrative of the pain, suffering, and trauma of Kashmiri pandits which also questions eye opening facts about religion, democracy, the politics and humanity.
