 Cases of H3N2 influenza, a subtype of influenza virus, are increasing across the country. Although this virus is not dangerous, the government has advised people to be cautious as two people have already died due to this virus. Health experts say that the medicines, masks and a balanced diet are important to boost immunity as the number of flu cases in the country continues to rise.    It’s important to eat foods that help boost your immune system during this flu season.
   
 A drastic change in climate causes many diseases. Cold, cough, fever, body ache etc. have become a common health problem now. As cases of the H3N2 virus continue to increase, how important it is to keep our immune system strong to better fight off such viruses.

There are many ways to maintain a strong and healthy immune system. A healthy balanced diet does not exactly cure a disease but it can help fight against invading viruses and build a better immune system. It’s important to eat foods that help boost your immune system during this flu season.

You can include immunity boosting foods in your diet
