Few months ago, Icon star Allu Arjun was in the news headlines when he rejected a deal for a pan masala brand and refused to be part of Ad campaign. This move of Allu Arjun won the applause from everyone. Now according to the latest report, after Allu Arjun, now KGF star Yash was also offered the deal of pan masala brand but he too rejected it in spite of being offered big money.
Now Kannada star Yash taking the decision of staying away from the tobacco brand has won him big brownie points. This is a truly heroic conscience call by Yash, who has declined a deal that was very lucrative.
When three top stars of Bollywood joined the advertisement of the pan masala brand Vimal Elaichi, there was a lot of uproar on social media. Among RRR star Ajay Devgn, Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, netizens started trolling Akshay Kumar continuously because of his past comments on such type of ads. Later Akshay Kumar issued an apology. A week after this, the Pan Masala brand approached Yash for the ad. But, he has turned down the offer. The agency that manages endorsement deals for KGF star Yash, Exceed Entertainment, has confirmed the news.
On the work front, currently Yash is enjoying the success of his recently released action thriller drama KGF 2 which has already crossed Rs 1000 Cr marks at the Worldwide box office.
