It is known that SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR’ film RRR became one of the highest-grossing and most successful Indian films worldwide in 2023. Rajamouli’s historical period drama is a fictionalized story of two real-life freedom fighters of India – Alluri Sitarama Raju ( played by Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem ( essayed by Jr NTR). RRR became a torch bearer not only for Telugu cinema but also for Indian cinema. This movie, bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment which attracted the western audience tremendously, showed the world that Indian cinema is not only Bollywood but also includes films in other languages.
Rajamouli’ magnum opus has become the pride of the Indian cinema by winning the Oscar award. Many Hollywood celebraties have already showered praises on RRR and now the name of Thor actor Chris has also been added in this list.
Hollywood actor Chrish Hemsworth that he is interesting to work with Jr NTR and Ram Charan. He added that RRR is a great movie. He further said, “ I watched RRR recently and I thought the movie was incredible. Ram Charan and Jr NTR are amazing, so if I get lucky enough to work with them, it would be fantastic.”
