He was previously married to Rajoshi Barua, daughter of yesteryear actress Shakuntala Barua. They got separated due to conflicts of interest. During the media interaction, he said ‘At this stage of my life, getting married to Rupali Barua is an extraordinary feeling.’
On the otherside, 30 years old Rupali said ‘We met some time ago and decided to get married. We wanted our wedding to be a small family affair.’
There were reports that Ashish-Rupali were in a relationship for some time. Now making them come true, the two tied the knot. It seems that their marriage was attended by only few close friends.
