The multitalented lady Upasana, is also the vice Chairman of Apollo Foundation, a part of Apollo Hospital group. After getting married with Ram Charan, she is also taking care of her work and house well. Upasana is also an active user of social media sites.  Today Upasana shared the secrets of Travel foods.

According to Upasana, “Food and fitness are linked. The Food that is good for you should make you feel energetic, not lethargic.” Today, Upasana who has already made some videos on how to cook, shared  the recipe of her favourite snack Phool Makhana, which she preferred while travelling. She captioned the video, “Phool Makhana is one of my favorite snacks while traveling.high in fibre & helps with weight loss ! It’s light on the stomach.
