South beauty Trisha Krishnan is currently working for her upcoming much hyped big budget film Ponniyin Selvan, which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Mani Ratnam. Ponniyin Selvan is based on the Tamil literary novel of the same name. Now according to the latest report, a Hindu organization has demanded the arrest of Trisha, and the filmmaker Mani Ratnam. Currently the shoot of Ponniyin Selvan is going on at a historic temple in Indore. A few crucial scenes featuring Trisha are being shot in the same.
Incidentally, in the shooting gap, Trisha Krishnan was spotted wearing slippers inside the temple. A people clicked the photo of Trisha wearing a slipper between Shivaling and Nandi. Her photographs are going viral on the social media.
Hindu organizations are taking offense to Trisha wearing a slipper inside the temple and they are demanding the arrest of Nayaki actress.
Ponniyin Selvan is being made in the two parts. The film also has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Prakash Raj, Jayaram, Prabhu, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Lal and several other actors. The upcoming drama chronicles the life of Nandini and other characters, who plots the fall of the Chola dynasty. The first part is expected to release in theatres in 2022. AR Rahman has been roped in to compose the music for the period film.
