Television actor Siddharth Shukla was arrested for hitting three vehicles and ramming his car onto a divider in Mumbai recently but now he has been released on bail.
Siddharth Shukla was released after paying a penalty of Rs 5000. This incident took place on Saturday, in Oshiwara area, in Mumbai. According to the police report, the actor Sddharth Shukla was driving BMW X5 sports utility vehicle at higher speed and as he lost his control, this accident took place. 3 people suffered minor injuries in the incident. Immediately the police arrived on the spot and arrested Siddharth Shukla under sections 279 (Rash driving or riding on a public way), 336 (Act endangering life or personal safety of the others), 337 (Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of the others) and 427 (Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) before initiating their investigations. Siddharth Shukla was taken into custody and sent for a medical examination.
