Today morning the director Venky Atluri took to his Twitter and shared a throwback pic from London. Coming on the pic, Venky Atluri is seen with Mega Prince Varun Tej.
The director said “This feels like yesterday! An unforgettable moment from the London chronicles with Varun Tej.” Both the actor and director have worked together for the romantic movie Tholi Prema which was released in 2018.
Tholi Prema which has Raashi Khanna in the female lead role, is produced by BVSN Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. On its opening day, the movie Tholi Prema received mixed response and earned 23.95 Cr shares at the box office.
Venky Atluri made his directorial debut with Tholi Prema and later he came up with Mr Majnu starring Akhil Akkineni and Nidhhi Agerwal but the romantic drama was ended up commercially flop at the box office. Currently the director is busy in his third directorial venture Rang De which has National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh and Bheeshma star Nithiin in the lead roles.
Meanwhile Varun Tej is busy in his sport based movie Boxer which is helmed by Kiran Korrapati and jointly produced by Allu Bobby and Sidhu Mudda. B-town girl Saiee Manjrekar is playing the love interest of Mega Prince Varun Tej whereas Upendra is playing crucial role.
