Currently Ram Charan is working with Boyapati Srinu for his upcoming movie #RC12. As it is Boyapati Srinu film, everyone is expecting that #RC12 will have high voltage action sequences. Ram Charan underwent rigorous training to do justice to his performance. The sources close to the film unit reveal that the breathtaking stunts and jaw dropping action scenes will take everyone by surprise.
Magadheera and Rangasthalam star who has established himself as one of the most celebrated action stars in South India undertook special training for his part in #RC12. Ram Charan’s focus is to build a body that is strong as well as athletic and lean. He also works on improving his stamina with strenuous weight training and cycling. Ram Charan’s workout regime apart from high intensity interval training, weight lifting and power lifting included gymnastics and swimming.
It is known news that for his debut, Ram Charan was involved in rigorous fitness training in Hyderabad, he also attended dance lessons in Mumbai and London. Not only this, he also took up Thai kickboxing classes in Bangkok. The actor is indulged in a disciplined workout routine ever since the start of his career.
Ram Charan doesn’t like to eat out side food. He is one of the actor who carries homemade food to his shooting locations always. Ram Charan believes this is the reason behind his good shape and not gaining weight.
According to Upasana, the secret of youthful Ram Charan and the body shape & fitness, is his workout and cow’s milk. Ram Charan has a glass of milk every morning and likes to eat the food prepared in sesame oil.
