Mega hero Vaisshnav Tej has got a dream debut with the movie Uppena. The film has a shocking climax and the audience is loving the way the director has showcased it onscreen quite convincingly. Made on a high budget, the makers of Uppena went for the own release and are currently reaping on the profits.
Uppena has reached the breakeven by the end of the weekend and from then it is all profits for the makers. Uppena hasn’t slowed down on Monday and the Tuesday figures are promising as well.
However, the film has finally seen a drop in the collections. After collecting 4 Cr, 3 Cr respectively on Monday and Tuesday, Uppena has collected 1.9 Cr on Wednesday.
Still, Uppena can be termed as the blockbuster with the collections already crossing the 33 Cr mark. Buchi Babu Sana is the director of the movie and Krithi Shetty is the female lead of the project.
