Uppena is one of the much-awaited movies of the Telugu film industry in which Vaishnav Tej, the brother of Sai Dharam Tej and nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi, is playing the lead role. The makers have released few songs from the film Uppena, which has created a lot of buzz among the music lovers. The film has Kriti Shetty in the female lead role whereas Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi is playing the villain.
Buchibabu Sana who directed Panja Vaishnav Tej’ Uppena is the assistant of Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame. It is being heard that Buchibabu Sana made the movie for 4 hours, and Sukumar suggested the cut down of some unwanted scenes. He suggested a few corrections. Now the sources say that the romantic entertainer Uppena will be shown to Megastar Chiranjeevi for Initially the movie Uppena was slated to hit the theaters on 2nd April but later the makers postponed the release of the film due to coronavirus outbreak and lockdown. Now we have to wait and see what the changes Chiranjeevi suggests in Uppena.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is currently working with Koratala Siva for an upcoming film Acharya which has Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead role. Ram Charan will play a cameo in the much hyped film Acharya.
