Vaishnav Tej is the nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi and is the brother of Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej.  Vaishnav  Tej made his acting debut with the romantic movie Uppena, based on the honor killing, in which he shared the screen space with Krithi Shetty. The film was helmed by Buchi Babu Sana and backed by Mythri Movie Makers.

Currently the entire team is enjoying the success of Uppena, which has turned out to be a money spinner.  Now Vaishnav Tej has hiked his remuneration which has become the hot topic of discussion in the film industry.

Apparently, the young hero Vaishnav Tej had charged a cool Rs 50 lakh as his fees for  his debut movie Uppena.  It is known news that his second project is with Krish of Gauthamiputra Satakarni fame in which Manmadhudu 2 and Dhruva fame Rakul Preet Singh is playing the lead role. The film is tentatively titled Kondapolam,  and now it is being heard that Vaishnav  Tej is receiving Rs 75 lakhs as his remuneration for Krish’ directorial venture.

Finally, the latest report reveals that Vaishnav Tej is charging a whopping Rs 2.50 crore as his remuneration for his third film which will be backed by veteran producer BVSN Prasad.
