Vamsi Paidipally and Superstar Mahesh Babu are very close. Both have also worked together of Maharshi, which has Pooja Hegde in the female lead role and the movie was also blockbuster at the box office. After the release of Maharshi, Mahesh Babu again expressed his desire to team up with Vamsi Paidipally. Mahesh asked him to prepare another script that suits his sensibilities and image, to which the director happily agreed.

Currently Mahesh Babu is working with Anil Ravipudi for an upcoming romantic and comedy entertainer movie Sarileru Neekevvaru, which is progressing at the brisk pace. Mahesh Babu is essaying the role of Major Ajay Krishna in this film which has Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Vamsi Paidipally is poking his nose into Mahesh Babu starrer much awaited movie Sarileru Neekevvaru.

The sources close to the film unit revealed that before flying to Kerala for the scheduled shoot, Mahesh Babu requested Vamsi Paidipally to watch the film in the Editing Suite. After watching, Vamsi Paidipally suggested to make few changes.

Anil Ravipudi has worked with several stars like Venkatesh Daggubati, Mega Prince Varun Tej, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and Sai Dharam Tej. But this is the first time, he is working with Mahesh Babu. The sources say that Vamsi Paidipally is helping Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru, to get the elevation scenes but Anil Ravipudi is very upset and Maharshi director is interfering in the project.

Sarileru Neekevvaru is being bankrolled by AK Entertainments, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd and Sri Venkateswara Creations. The movie is slated to hit the theaters on 12th January 2020 on the eve of Sankranthi

The sources say that more than success, Mahesh Babu believes in collaborating for the second time if he likes the director’s attitude, approach to filmmaking and discipline. He found all of that in director Vamsi Paidipally. Mahesh Babu is game for a second-time collaboration.
