Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is all set to test her luck in Telugu Film Industry. According to the latest update, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been roped in an upcoming Telugu movie Tenali Ramakrishna BABL. On Monday the actress opened up about her upcoming project and said that she was super excited about her Telugu debut.
Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is the latest addition to the cast of Tenali Ramakrishna BABL, in which Sundeep Kishan and Hansika Motwani are playing the lead roles.
Varalaxmi Sarathkumar wrote on Twitter“Super excited to be doing my first #Telugu movie with @sundeepkishan and @ihansika directed by #Nageshwarreddy …. it’s gonna be super fun..!!! Can’t wait..!!! #TenaliRamaKrishnaBaBl (sic),”
The film has the music by Shekhar Chandra whereas Sam K Naidu will crank the camera. Sundeep Kishan also welcomed Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and tweeted, “Welcome on board yo…looking forward to filming with you. We are going to have a blast :)”
Tenali Ramakrishna BABL is a complete comedy entertainer. G Nageswara Reddy will wield the megaphone for the film, which is written by Rajasimha. Nivas and Bhavani Prasad have penned additional dialogues for the film. The sources close to the maker reveal that Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is playing the crucial role and apart from her the film has other stars like Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma and Prudhvi Raj in supporting role. The makers are planning to release it during the summer.
On the work-side, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has multiple movies in her kitty- Velvet Nagaram, Kanni Raasi, Neeya 2, Kaatteri, Ammayi, and Madha Gaja Raja, which are in different production stage.
Recently the actress has also signed a film titled Danny. Helmed by Santhana Moorthy and bankrolled by PG Muthiah and M Deepa, it has the music by Santhosh Dayanidhi. The movie revolves around the relationship between the lead character and a Labrador.
On the otherside, Sundeep Kishan has also signed a movie with director Santosh Jagarlapudi of Subramanyapuram.
