She was also the part of blockbuster film Krack starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan where she essayed the role of Jayamma.

Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Koratala Siva who is very impressed with the performance of Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, approached her for upcoming directorial venture Pushpa starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun, to play the crucial role.
The sources say, Koratala Siva has been signed for a crucial role in Allu Arjun starrer pan-India film which will be helmed by Koratala Siva of Bharat Ane Nenu fame. It is being heard that Koratala Siva penned an author-backed role for the talented actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.
In Pushpa fame Allu Arjun and Koratala Siva’film, a Bollywood top actress will play the female lead. The upcoming untitled film will be bankrolled by Allu Aravind and Mikkilineni Sudhakar under the banner of GA2 and Yuva Sudha Arts.
