The talented and beautiful actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been tested positive for the Coronavirus/ Covid-19. The actress herself confirmed the same by sharing a video post on her Twitter.
Naandhi fame actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar tweeted, “Covid Positive..inspite of all precautions..actors plz start insisting on masking up the entire crew bcos we as actors cant wear masks.. Those who have met me or been in contact with me plz watch out for symptoms and get checked.. Plz be careful and mask up..covid is still here.”
On the work front, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will be seen playing the crucial role in a women centric movie Yashoda which has Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the leading lady. She is also playing a key role in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming movie with Gopichand Malineni. She will also be seen in Prasnath Varma’ magnum opus Hanu Man.
Our country India reported 20,528 new Covid-19 cases and 49 deaths in last 24 hours, according to the Union health ministry data on Sunday morning. India’ tally of Covid-19 cases rose to 4,37,50,599, while the active cases increased to 1,43,449.
A health official said on Sunday, 147 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in Maharashtra’s Thane district, taking its infection count to 7,32,413. With the addition of the latest cases on Saturday, the district has 1,354 active COVID-19 cases.
