Varun Tej Konidela, the son of Naga Babu is currently working for his upcoming sports drama Ghani in which he is playing the role of a boxer. The movie has B town actress Saiee Manjrekar in the female lead role and Suniel Shetty, Upendra, and Naveen Chandrain in the crucial roles. S Thaman is on board to compose the music and Varun Tej starrer marks Kiran Korrapati’ directorial debut and Hollywood stunt director Larnell Stovall of Captain America fame is on the board to take care of the stunt sequences. Now according to the latest update, the makers of Ghani are going to share an update today at 5:05 pm.
Few weeks ago, icon star Allu Arjun visited the sets of Ghani to meet and convey his wishes to his cousin Varun Tej and his brother Allu Bobby, who is one of the producer of this sport based movie.
Mega Prince Varun Tej was last seen in action drama Gaddalakonda Ganesh, which was the remake of the hit Tamil movie Jigarthanda helmed by Karthik Subburaj. In this film Varun Tej reprised the role done by Bobby Simha in Tamil and Atharva in the role done by Siddharth in the original.
On the otherside Varun Tej is currently working on F3, helmed by Anil Ravipudi which has Venkatesh Daggubati, Mehreen Pirzada and Tamannah Bhatia.
