It is known that once again charming Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rowdy Vijay Deverakonda are going to work together for an upcoming family drama which is tentatively titled VD11 and it will be helmed by Shiva Nirvana of Majili fame. In the past both Vijay and Sam have worked together for Mahanati. Now according to the latest update VD11 was launched today morning with a formal pooja ceremony in Hyderabad.
Soon after the mahurat event took place, photos of World famous lover and Dear Comrade fame Vijay Deverakonda attending the event surfaced on social media and the fans expressed their happiness on the collaboration of Vijay and Samantha.
The director Shiva Nirvana shared a few pics from the launch event and said: A special day for me excited and looking forward to work with my dear rowdy Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha under the production of prestigious Mythri Movie Makers. Cant wait to start the shoot.. a lovely family entertainer on the way.
VD 11 is a romantic drama set against the backdrop of the Army. Other details related to this movie are for now kept under the wraps. The regular shoot is expected to commence from 23rd April.
On the otherside, Vijay Deverakonda will be next seen in Jana Gana Mana and Liger.
