Venkatesh dubbed for the Genie character, played by Hollywood star Will Smith, whereas Varun Tej dubbed for Aladdin’ character. Finally Aladdin has hit the theaters in India and according to the traders report, it has beaten the collections record of PM Narendra Modi.
Disney’s latest musical fantasy film Alladin has started its box office magical carpet ride by earning Rs 4.25 cr net in India. The trade analyst Taran Adarsh has shared the collections figure of Aladdin on his Twitter and wrote, “#Aladdin dominates… Emerges the first choice of moviegoers, eclipsing the biz of new films and holdover titles… Summer vacations + family-friendly content should ensure growth on Day 2 and 3… Fri ₹ 4.25 cr Nett BOC. Aladdin has also given a tough fight to romantic-comedy movie De De Pyaar De starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and Tabu. This film earned Rs 3.58 cr on its second Friday.
