Venky Mama is one of the most awaited movie of the Telugu film Industry, which has Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, Venkatesh Daggubati, Raashi Khanna and Payal Rajput. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Venky Mama have locked the release date of the film. Suresh Babu, the producer of Venky Mama are eyeing Rs 50 Cr shares from the box office that is the main reason, he chose the huge festival season. The sources say that Venky Mama will hit the theaters on 25th December on the occasion of Christmas.
Earlier there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Venky Mama will be released during Sankranthi season but Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’ Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru have fixed the slot 12th January so Suresh Babu dropped the idea to release Venky Mama on the eve of Sankranthi.
As Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer action entertainer Ruler, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’ Disco Raja, and Sai Dharam Tej starrer romantic and family drama Prathiroju Pandage are eyeing 20th December, Suresh Babu is going to lock 25th December as an ideal date without much competition for the release of multistarrer Venky Mama.
The sources say that Suresh Babu is now looking for the available dates and is sticking to releasing the film in December during the Christmas holidays.
The post-production work of Venky Mama is in full swing and the comic drama will be ready by the end of November and later the makers will start the promotional activities.
Venky Mama is directed by KS Ravindra alias Bobby of Jai Lava Kusa and Sardar Gabbar Singh fame and is bankrolled by D Suresh Babu under the banner Suresh Productions. The storyline of Venky Mama is not yet revealed. Other supporting casts of the family entertainer Venky Mama includes names like Prakash Raj, Sampath Raj, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji.
