Vidya Balan Wedding in NTRVidya Balan will be seen playing the role of NTR’s wife Basavatarakam in NTR biopic, which is being made in two parts -NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu. Nandamuri Balakrishna is playing the role of his father, legendary actor and late Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao in NTR biopic, which is being helmed by National award winning director Krish,  who allegedly left Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Manikarnika:The Queen of Jhansi, mid way, to begin work on NTR biopic. Now according to the latest update, the wedding episode of Viday Balan as Basavatarakam and Nandamuri Balakrishana as NTR will be one of the major highlight of this upcoming biopic. Currently the makers are canning the wedding ceremony episode of NTR and Basavatarakam.

The sources close to NTR biopic team has revealed that the makers have decided to not shoot the second wedding ceremony episode of NTR with Lakshmi Pravathi.

 Recently Vidya Balan look from NTR biopic was released on social media sites. She was seen in a saree with flowers in her hair and a big round bindi, making her look just like NTR’s first wife. Vidya  Balan also shared a picture as her Instagram and wrote: “What do I see?”

Baahubali and Ghazi fame Rana Daggubati is playing the role of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu, and the son-in-law of the late actor. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram will be seen essaying the role of his late father Nandamuri Harikrishna in the upcoming biopic. Balakrishna’s look in the film was revealed on the eve of Independence Day. Rakul Preet Singh is playing late actress Sridevi.

NTR biopic is being jointly bankrolled by Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri whereas thefilm has the music by Keeravani.

Vidya Balan has won National Film Award for Best Actress for The Dirty Picture in 2011 and six Filmfare Awards: Best Female Debut for Parineeta, Best Actress for Paa, The Dirty Picture, Kahaani, and Tumhari Sulu, and Critics Award for Best Actress for Ishqiya.
