It is known news that the young and talented actor Vijay Deverakonda has teamed up with Puri Jaganandh for an upcoming film and he has also started the shoot of his part. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the upcoming film of Vijay Deverakonda with Puri Jaganandh has been titled Liger.
The sources close to the film unit revealed that after contemplating several options including Fighter, the makers have zeroed in on Liger. In fact, Liger is the name of Vijay Deverakonda’ character in Puri Jagannadh’ directorial venture and the makers have settled for it after Fighter was rejected in a couple of languages. The official confirmation is awaited regarding the title of Vijay Deverakonda’ film.
Directed by Puri Jagannadh and presented by Karan Johar, Liger showcases Vijay Deverakonda as a martial artist with a stammer. Arjun Reddy star has trained extensively in MMA and other combat sports in Thailand for the project, and he will be seen sporting six-pack abs with a new hairdo in this upcoming film. Ananya Pandey has been roped in Liger to play the female lead.
On the otherside, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in a romantic drama World Famous Lover, directed by Kranthi Madhav, which will hit the theaters on 14th February 2020 on the occasion of Valentine day.
