After Geetha Govindam, the young and talented actor Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have teamed up again for an upcoming film Dear Comrade which is being directed by Bharat Kamma. Said to be a political drama, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen attempting this genre again. Earlier he has worked in political drama NOTA, which was bombed at the box office. According to the latest update, Vijay Deverakonda has escaped a major train accident during the shoot of Dear Comrade in Kakinada.
The sources close to Vijay Deverakonda revealed that during the shoot, he had to get on a moving train but unfortunately he slipped while getting over the footboard but the team member who were present there pulled the actor back and dragged him. The shoot of Dear Comrade has been cancelled due to cyclone. This news is confirmed by Arjun Reddy star himself via a facebook post. He wrote, “Met prediction – Cyclonic winds and Rough Sea. Me – Shoot Cancelled & Chillll.”
On the otherside, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna had a fun banter on Twitter about Dear Comrade. It all started with Vijay Deverakonda tweeting about Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna being the most Googled South actress of the year, which was announced few days ago, and asking for a party. The whole banter is the part of promotional activities of their upcoming film Dear Comrade.
