Vijay Deverakonda lady luck Rashmika Mandanna caught the attention of people on social media. The actress took to her microblogging page twitter and shared few pics from her recent photo-shoot, which she did to raise the awareness about water pollution in lakes, particularly Bellandur. She captioned the pic, “This was a photoshoot regarding awareness for the water pollution by this wonderful team Creative Director : @sanmathidprasad Photography : @zeroin.in Styling : @vogue_pill Make up : @monicaprakashWell wasn’t aware of this till we had to actually go and shoot this in Bellandur lake..which like really broke my heart, and imagine few years down the line..it’s the same case everywhere else.. I’d rather not want to be in that space.. I just wanted to share.”
During the media interaction, Rashmika Mandanna said, “It all started when a senior from the school spoke to me about this project. She told me this is not a paid thing, but since this was to raise awareness about pollution, I was interested.”
Rashmika Mandanna released four photographs on Thursday which went viral on Friday. The two in which the actress is on the lake bed, one where she is swimming in a water body, and one where she is suspended under water.” The underwater photos were taken at a friend’s pool, and the pics were later edited to make them dramatic. The other two pics were shot on the banks of Bellandur lake.
Rashmika Mandanna, who is popular for Kirik Party and Geetha Govindam , is receiving appreciation on social media for raising the awareness about the issue. Her fans are also worried about her health but the actress has clarified that she didn’t actually enter the polluted water.
On the work side, Rashmika Mandanna will be next seen sharing the screen space with Vijay Deverakonda in upcoming movie Dear Comrade.
