Vijay Deverakonda starrer Dear Comrade, directed by Bharat Kamma, is running at the box office but the collections of the movie is below par. It is known news that Bollywood producer Karan Johar has bought the Hindi remake right of Dear Comrade. It is being heard that Karan Johar asked Vijay Deverakonda to act in its Hindi remake and he was ready to pay him Rs 40 Cr remuneration but the actor has rejected the offer.

Apparently, Karan Johar had acquired the Hindi remake rights to ‘Dear Comrade’ starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna for Rs 6 crore after watching the movie. He also made official confirmation about this, “Stunning and powerful love story! The sources say that Vijay Devarakonda turned down an offer for Rs 40 crore from Karan Johar for starring in the Hindi version of Dear Comrade.

On the other-side, Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy in Kranthi Madhav’s directorial venture. The film has three actresses Rashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh and Izabelle Leite as the leading ladies. Set in the backdrop of Singareni Collieries, the upcoming drama will revolve around a love triangle between three girls.
