The young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda is currently working for the much awaited film Liger under the direction of Puri Jagannadh of ismart Shankar and Temper fame. We have already reported that the glimpse video of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger will be released on 31st December 2021, ahead of New Year. Today World famous lover and Dear Comrade fame Vijay Deverakonda took to social media and reminded the movie lovers and his fans that it is just 3 days away from the big day. Ever since then, Liger is trending on Twitter.
The film Liger is simultaneously shot in Hindi and Telugu. The sports action drama features an extensive star cast including B town actress Ananya Panday, Baahubali fame Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Ali Basha and Makarand Deshpande.
The upcoming big budget movie also has boxing legend Mike Tyson who will appear in an extended cameo. Though the film was initially slated to release on 9th September this year, the makers had to postpone their plan owing to the Coronavirus pandemic induced lockdown that halted the shoot for a long while.
Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger, which is bankrolled by Puri, Charmee Kaur and Karan Johar, will be hitting the big screens on 25th August 2022.
