In a press conference in Delhi to promote Liger, the young sensation of Tollywood Vijay Deverakonda, who was present with Ananya Panday, opened up about the negativity surrounding his upcoming drama on social media. When he was asked about how he would react if the film Liger flopped at the box office, Vijay Deverakonda spoke in Hindi and added, “Had you asked me this question a few years back, I would have replied with anger. I would have been so angry. However, with the kind of love that I have received in last few days, it would be disrespectful to the audience’s love if I react angrily to such type of the small things around. I want to remember the love. The audience is important, we work for the audiences, and we travel the cities just to meet them. We want to win their love.” Vijay Deverakonda’ reply won the hearts of everyone.
Vijay Deverakonda called Liger the ‘most challenging film’ of his career. He said, “It was physically challenging as well since I had to transform myself. We had to train for technical aspects of Mixed Martial Arts as the movie has number of MMA fights.”
