The young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda is currently working for his upcoming film Liger, which is being helmed by Puri Jaganandh of Temper and iSmart Shankar fame. The upcoming film Liger which has Ananya Pandey as the leading lady, marks the debut of Vijay Deverakonda in Bollywood. Today morning the makers of Liger took to Twitter to make an official announcement regarding the release date of Vijay Deverakonda starrer by releasing a new poster. The film Liger will hit the theaters on 9th September. Coming on the poster, Vijay Deverakonda is seen sporting a vest and track pants. He looks ferocious as he screams in anger.
Liger also has Ramya Krishna, Ronit Roy and others in the crucial roles. The makers have already released the first look poster that featured Vijay Deverakonda as a boxer and the poster came with the tagline ‘Saala Cross-Breed’. The film Liger is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and will be dubbed into other regional languages. For his role, Vijay Deverakonda has left no stone unturned and also underwent the mixed martial arts classes in Thailand.
Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey starrer film Liger is jointly bankrolled by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta in the five languages.
