SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR, a film starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and mega power star Ram Charan, has smashed records and become a sensation. The epic war film grosses Rs 13.50 crore in Hindi and crosses Rs 750 crore at the worldwide box office. And it is still ruling the box office. The film’s story is written by Vijayendra Prasad and recently during the media interaction, he revealed the juicy updates about the film.
Vijayendra Prasad revealed, “During the scripting stages, Rajamouli even thought of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’ name as one of the heroes but as he could not find any other powerful star who can match Pawan Kalyan, so he decided to go with Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Vijayendra Prasad added that Pawan Kalyan, the Jana Sena Chief is a huge star and the craze and charisma he has, no one has it in Telugu film Industry.
Pawan Kalyan was last seen playing the lead role in action drama Bheemla Nayak which also had Rana Daggubati in the lead role. Helmed by Saagar K Chandra, it also has Samyuktha Menen and Nithya Menen as the leading ladies. Currently Pawan is working for upcoming action drama Hari Hara Veera Maalu which has Nidhhi Agerwal as the leading lady.
