The young actor Vijay Deverakonda is now coming up with an action drama Liger which has Ananya Panday as the leading lady. The Pan India film also features a special appearance from boxing champion Mike Tyson. Directed by Puri Jagannadh of Pokiri and Ismart Shankar fame, Liger sees Vijay Deverakonda as a mixed martial arts fighter. The big budget film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, and Getup Srinu in the crucial roles. Now according to the latest report, Amazon Prime has grabbed the digital rights of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger for a whopping 60 crores.
Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Puri Jagannadh, and Charmme Kaur are jointly producing the actioner. The movie marks the Bollywood debut of Vijay Deverakonda and Tollywood debut of Ananya Panday. The movie Liger will also be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Karan Johar’ production movie will release on 25th August next year. Produced by Dharma Productions and Puri Connect with a huge budget of Rs 125 Cr, Liger is in its last shoot schedule.
