This Friday will witness the release of the long delayed film Virata Parvam starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi. Directed by Venu Udugula , the upcoming film is a love story set against the backdrop of the Naxal movement in Andhra Pradesh during the 1990s. Meanwhile, the team has decided to go for affordable pricing for Virata Parvam.
In Telangana, Single Screen theaters tickets will be priced at Rs 150 and Multiplexes at Rs 200 whereas in Andhra Pradesh ticket price will be at Rs 147 for Single screen and Multiplexes at Rs 177. Rana Daggubati himself confirmed the ticket prices of his movie on Instagram by sharing a new poster and wrote: Bringing Virata Parvam to you at affordable prices.
These affordable prices has worked wonders for the recently released movie Major starring Adivi Sesh and Vikram starring Kamal haasan, Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi.
Inspired by true events from the 1990s, the upcoming film Virata Parvam will narrate a love story in the backdrop of the Naxalite movement in Telangana region. While Rana Daggubati plays the role of Comrade Ravanna who is known by his pen name Aranya, Shyam Singha Roy fame Sai Pallavi in the role of Vennela.
