We have already reported that Tamil TV actress VJ Chitra, who was best known for starring in the Tamil show Pandian Stores, was found dead on Wednesday. Now according to the latest update, VJ Chitra’ husband Hemnath has been arrested on the grounds of alleged abetment to suicide. Chitra and Hemanth married each other a few months ago and her mother had accused Hemanth the reason behind VJChitra’s death.
According to the latest report, Hemanth had expressed anger at seeing his wife VJ Chitra enacting a few scenes in her show. The police say that Hemnath did not like a scene his wife had enacted on Television. On the day Chitra died, he had also pushed her.
Chitra is popular for acting in the Tamil serial Velu Naachi. According to the reports, the TV actress reached the hotel after completing the shoot on Tuesday night and later she went to another room and didn’t come out for a long time. So Hemanth called the hotel staff and got the door opened, but he found his wife hanging from the ceiling fan.
Hemanth and VJ Chitra had gotten their wedding registered two months ago and were supposed to have a traditional wedding in the month of January.
