Not just in the regional markets but Chiranjeevi starrer which also has Kick and Krack fame Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the important roles, is doing well at the overseas box office as well.
According to the latest report, Waltair Veerayya has crossed $1.9 Million at the USA box office and the counting is still on. An industry tracker shared the collections figure of the film on his twitter: Waltair Veerayya: $175,467- 278 Locs. USA – MON – 8:30 PM PST Total:$1,917,632
As per the traders report, the movie will enter the 2M$ club on Tuesday.
Chiranjeevi starrer which has Gabbar Singh and Vakeel Saab fame Shruti Haasan as the leading lady, is said to be made with a whopping budget of Rs 100+ Cr. The action drama is helmed KS Ravindra alias Bobby and is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Waltair Veerayya is dominating over Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer action drama Veera Simha Reddy which also has Shruti Haasan. The movie is facing tough competition with two other Tamil films that were released in the USA this Sankranthi.
