Project K marks the first collaboration of young Rebel star Prabhas and Bollywood top actress Deepika Padukone. It is a big budget science fiction drama which is being helmed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame. Bollywood’s shehenshah Amitabh Bachchan is also playing the crucial role in this Pan India film.
The team of Project K has started the shoot and they have also completed its first few schedules recently with Amitabh and Deepika Padukone. The sources close to the makers of Project K revealed the reason behind the delay of this project of Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
The sources say, “The makers of Project K cannot shoot the entire film at a stretch. They have to film just for 7-8 days every month. As it is a science fiction drama that involves gadgets and property that takes a lot of time to get made. So every month after getting the set and the property ready, maker starts the shoot. “
The sources added that the 80-90 days of the shoot has been divided into a few days in every month. That is the main reason, team cannot shoot Project K at one go.
On the otherside, Prabhas starrer Radhe Shyam has hit the theaters on 11th March and is doing decent collections.
