Tollywood music directors have always given the best output for Mega heroes, be it Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun or others. Chiranjeevi’s re-entry flick Khaidi No 150 music album is a huge hit, Thaman has given extraordinary BGM for Chiru’s entry in Bruce Lee and Syeraa first glimpse teaser. But neither Devi Sri Prasad nor Thaman was considered for Chiranjeevi’s 151st film Syeraa Narasimha Reddy. It was Amit Trivedi who scored music for this film and a non-Telugu guy for the background music. Amit Trivedi gave mediocre output with the Syeraa album with the only title song being hit. Even background music hasn’t got many appreciations. Then why did Chiranjeevi opt for a Bollywood music composer? Even the first choice for Syeraa is a non-Telugu guy, AR Rahman. Why did Chiranjeevi lose interest in Tollywood music composers?
Coming to Chiranjeevi‘s 152nd film which is to be directed by Koratala Shiva, Bollywood music directors duo Ajay, Atul is being considered. Generally, Koratala Shiva tends to work with Devi Sri Prasad. That is the case with his four previous flicks, which are huge chartbusters. But for this film, Devi Sri Prasad is not working. Even Thaman is not being considered and as said earlier Ajay, Atul is approached. Ajay and Atul earlier worked for films like Dhadak, Zero and Super 30. Though Ajay and Atul are super talented can they work according to the taste of Tollywood audience is to be seen. Even once we revise history, Bollywood music directors have very limited success in Tollywood. Even after considering all these factors, Chiranjeevi is inclined towards Bollywood music composer only. Currently, the pre-production works of this film are going on and shooting of this flick will start very soon. Trisha is being considered as one of the female lead while the other heroine needs to be finalized.
