The top BJP sources revealed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a review meeting with the state leaders at his residence in national capital on Tuesday to formulate the election strategies for the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections.
Telangana BJP president Sanjay Bandi, senior leaders Etala Rajender, state in-charge Tarun Chugh, DK Aruna and other Telangana BJP leaders will be present in this meeting. The party is gearing up to face Telangana assembly elections this year. The party tried to impress the people and reach the field level through programs like Praja Gosa – BJP Bharosa and Praja Sangramam Yatra. Party sources say that the party is getting a huge positive response from the people. And how to strengthen the party at the booth level will be discussed in the latest meeting.
Under the leadership of Bandi Sanjay, Bharitya Janata Party has successfully organized 11,000 public meetings and campaign programs in the state.
As Sanjay Bandi’s tenure will end in the first week of March, the state presidential election will be held soon. However, party sources say that there is a possibility of extending his tenure as party president.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised tPraja Sangrama Yatra and Bandi Sanjay became the center of attraction. Modi praised his struggle and efforts saying that all states should learn from his journey.
