RRR is a big budget fictional periodic drama that is being directed by SS Rajamouli. NTR and Ram Charan are playing the lead roles in the movie and they reprise revolutionary leaders Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seeta Ramaraju respectively.
On October 22nd, the character introduction video of Komaram Bheem has been released to mind blowing response. Everyone has liked the way Rajamouli met the already sky high expectations.
However, the video has undergone controversy with NTR as Komaram Bheem wear skull cap and surma to eyes representing a Muslim. Now, many are feeling that this is distorting history in the name of fictional drama.
Controversy is raising in this issue and even political leaders are coming forward issuing statements against RRR. Adilabad MP Soyam Bapu Rao is against Rajamouli and his team in showcasing Komaram Bheem as Muslim. He has demanded to remove the visuals, otherwise they will not allow to screen the movie in the theaters. On the other hand Rajamouli is maintaining silence.
