Prabhas and Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho is one of the most awaited movie of this year. According to the latest update, Yash Raj Films (YRF) will collaborate with Phar Films for the overseas theatrical distribution rights of Sujeeth’ directorial venture Saaho.
We have already reported that Phars Film has acquired the international theatrical distribution rights of action entertainer Saaho, directed by Sujeeth, and produced by UV Creations. This much-awaited action drama of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor will be released on 15th August 2019 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. According to the latest update, Phars Film has collaborated with Yash Raj Films (YRF) for Saaho’ release in the international territories excluding the Middle-East.
It is known news that phars has bought the entire overseas rights of Saaho by paying Rs 42 Cr. Now Yash Raj Films has bought all other countries rights for 21 Cr on MG basis which is a staggering deal. Yash Raj Films has a very strong network in overseas markets and has locked Saaho to distribute in overseas.
Shraddha Kapoor is playing a cop and will be seen performing action sequences. Sujeeth is very happy with the work of Shraddha Kapoor in Saaho. He said Shraddha refused to use body-doubles and “Saaho” will witness the actress in an action-packed avatar as a cop.
