CBI has once again issued notices to MP YS Avinash Reddy in the murder case of YS Viveka. The notices said that he should appear for the hearing at 3 pm on Monday. CBI has asked YS Avinash Reddy to come to CBI office in Hyderabad today. However, the CBI has included YS Avinash Reddy’s name in the list of accused in this case.
CBI, which has already interrogated Avinash Reddy four times, will interrogate him again today. Speeding up the Viveka murder case, the CBI has already arrested MP Avinash Reddy’s father Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy. The CBI court remanded Bhaskar Reddy for 14 days. He was shifted to Chanchal Guda Jail. At this time, giving fresh notices to MP Avinash Reddy by CBI has become a priority.
CBI, which till now has investigated Avinash Reddy as a witness, will investigate him as a fresh accused. But it seems that Avinash Reddy has expressed his willingness to attend the hearing on Monday.
In the petition filed in the CBI court seeking custody of Bhaskar Reddy, the CBI named Avinash Reddy as a co-accused. After the murder of Viveka, Bhaskar Reddy along with co-accused D. Sivashankar Reddy, T. Gangireddy, Gajjala Udaykumar Reddy and YS Avinash Reddy has been accused of playing a key role in destroying the evidence. For the first time, Avinash Reddy’s name came in the list of accused.
