YSR Telangana party president as well as the sister of the Chief Minister of A.P, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has come back to her padayatra, which will be in effect from March 1. She has committed to implement her move, after 4 months of its delay.
After considering the pros and cons with her party’s senior companions, she decided to resume it. She would restart her padayatra from Kondapakagudem in Nalgonda district, where she came to rest on 10th of November. As per sources, Sharmila would progress the marathon padayatra for four thousand kilometres like a cat on hot bricks.
She might progress her padayatra till the first half (6 months) of the next year, which will be nearer to the state assembly elections.
Before her pause from padayatra, she walked for 21 days starting from October 20. She had covered 150 villages spanning 6 assembly constituencies. As a result, she had also received a massive response from the citizens.
After the termination of model code of conduct, Sharmila would resume the padayatra, which is likely by December 16. But due to the third wave restrictions in the state, she could not.
