SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Ram Charan is all set for an OTT debut. The big budget Pan India drama was released on 25th March and turned out a money spinner at the box office. RRR became the fourth highest-grossing Indian film, by beating Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan’s PK. There’s exciting news for all the fans who could not manage to watch the film in theaters and for those who wish to binge watch their favorite action drama. The film RRR is all set to witness an OTT release. ZEE5′ bought the digital rights of RRR for a humongous prize. It acquired the streaming rights of all the South Indian languages.
Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that RRR may be released on a pay-per-view basis. But those rumors have been put to rest as the ZEE5 team officially announced that Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer RRR will be premiering in all South Indian languages on 20th May . It has been 50 days since the movie was released in theatres. ZEE5 has released a brand new trailer to announce the arrival of RRR on its platform.
RRR also has Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Shriya Saran and others. It is produced by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment and has the music by MM Keeravani.
