Namrata brings bad news for Mahesh Babu Fans Namrata, the wife of Mahesh Babu has rubbished the rumour and said, Mahesh Babu was not looking for a break in Bollywood. He was in Mumbai for a look test with hairstylist Hakim Aalim for his next  movie to be helmed by Vamsi Paidipally.

Mahesh Babu is enjoying the success of his recent offering political drama  Bharat Ane Nenu, directed by Srimanthudu fame  Koratala Siva.  After delivering Bharat Ane Nenu, Mahesh Babu flew to Europe along with his family Namrata and kids. It was rumoured that Mahesh Babu is planning to make his  debut in Bollywood. This news went viral when Mahesh Babu made a stopover in Mumbai, while returning from Paris.  Finally Namrata Shirodkar, the wife of Mahesh Babu came forward to refute the rumour.

 Recently during the media interaction, Namrata Shirodkar said, “Maheh Babu is not looking  for Bollywood debut.  While returning from Paris, Mahesh Babu stayed in Mumbai but he did not meet any Bollywood producer regarding any movie. Mahesh Babu was in Mumbai for a look test with Hakim Aalim for his upcoming Telugu movie, which is going to be helmed by Vamsi Paidipally.” This news has disappointed Mahesh Babu’s fans.

 On the otherside,  during the media interaction, Mahesh Babu also responded on his  Bollywood debut. The actor said, “It is just a rumour. I’m very happy with where I am.”

The Cinematographer Mohanan, who is known for his work in films such as Don, Talaash and Raees forays into Tollywood with this Mahesh Babu’s project. Sensational music composer  Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to compose music. Pooja Hegde will be seen sharing the screen space with Mahesh Babu.

The upcoming project marks Vamsi Paidipally’s first collaboration with Mahesh Babu.  In Bharat Ane Nenu, Mahesh Babu played the role of Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh but In Vamsi Paidipally’s film, Mahesh Babu’s character is kept a secret.

Namrata Shirodkar won the Miss India Universe crown and made her Bollywood debut with Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai opposite Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna in 1998. It was in 1999 when Namrata signed her third movie and the first in Telugu, Vamsi, which laid the stage for the meeting of the future soul mates. Vamsi was also Mahesh Babu’s first movie.
