Operation Valentine Movie Review and Rating: Varun Tej, Navdeep, Ruhani Sharma, Manushi Chhillar, Paresh Pahuja and others starrer Operation Valentine helmed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, has hit the theaters on 1st March. Let’s see the story of Operation Valentine.
Story: Arjun Rudra (Varun Tej) is a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force. Arjun works in the department that tests aircrafts that are ready for national defense. Rudra, who is fiery by nature, fails in ‘Operation Vajra’. Meanwhile, a terror attack occurs in Srinagar, and upon learning it’s the work of Pakistan, the IAF plans for a retaliation. What is the Indian Air Force’s fight in retaliation?, What is the plight of Wing Commander Arjun Rudra?, What is the role of another commander Aahna Gill (Manushi Chillar) who is Rudra’s wife in this whole war? To get these answers, one should watch Operation Valentine on the silver screen.

Performance: Varun Tej acted very well in the role of Rudra. He tried to impress with his realistic acting in some space scenes. His performance is good especially in some emotional scenes in the first half. Manushi Chhillar who played the female lead in this movie also impressed with her performance. Mir Savar who played another key role was also impressive. Navdeep along with the rest of the lead actors did full justice to their roles.
Technical: Director Shakti Pratap Singh Hada made a good effort with his presentation but his narration is not completely engaging. He lags behind in writing a thrilling story. But, the scenes created by him in the background of space and the way he used VFX work are impressive. Mickey J Mayer’s music is good. Hari K. Vedantam’s cinematography is a special attraction of the movie. The production values by producers Sandeep Mudda and Sony Pictures are also very good. The cinematography by Hari K Vedantam is superb.
Analysis: Operation Valentine is a decent aerial action drama. The action scenes, emotional scenes and VFX work between the main point of the story and the flight are impressive in the movie. But the slow pace of the story and some key scenes without logic are the weak points of the movie.
