Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in Nani’s sport based drama Jersey, to score the music!
Natural Star Nani, has recently announced his next upcoming movie Jersey. According to the latest update, the makers have roped Kollywood sensational music director Anirudh Ravichander in this film to score the music. Jersey is set in the backdrop of sport Cricket and it has the tagline – Its never too late to dream. It is known news that Anirudh Ravichander has also composed the music of Trivikram Srinivas’s directorial venture Agnyathavaasi in which Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel played the lead roles. The songs and music of Agnyathavaasi did not go well with Telugu audiences and unfortunately the movie was also turned out disaster at the box office. Later it was also heard that again Trivikram Srinivas was planning to bring Anirudh Ravichander on the board to score the music for his directorial venture Aravindha Sametha in which Young Tiger Jr NTR and Pooja Hegde are playing the lead roles. But Tarak asked Trivikram to replace the music director. Finally Thaman replaced Anirudh Ravichander in ‘Aravindha Sametha’.
Now once again Anirudh Ravichander has got the opportunity to score the music for Nani starrer sport based drama Jersey, which is going to be directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri who helmed Malli Raava, and produced by Nagavamsi Suryadevara under Sithara Entertainments banner. This is the first time Nani is going to act in a sports-based film and it will be interesting to see how Anirudh Ravichander composes the music for this sports drama.
Meanwhile Anirudh Ravichander is busy in rendering the tunes for Karthick Subbaraj’s directorial venture in which Superstar Rajinikanth is playing the lead role. He is also composing the music of Nayantara starrer Kolamaavu Kokila/Coco, the black comedy thriller movie, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Lyca Productions.
On the otherside, Nani is currently busy in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 2 Telugu and also working with Sriram Aditya’s directorial venture in which Akkineni Nagarjuna is also playing the lead role.
