Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s younger daughter Shivatmika & Vijay Deverakonda’s younger brother Anand Deverakonda are going to team up for an upcoming project titled Dorasani.
According to the latest update, Dr Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s young daughter Shivatmika is going to make her debut with an upcoming film titled Dorasani, in which Arjun Redy fame actor Vijay Deverakonda’s young brother Anand Deverakonda will play the lead role. The upcoming project Dorasani will mark the debut for both the actors- Shivatmika Rajasekhar and Anand Deverakonda . The film is directed by debutant K.V. R. Mahendra and jointly bankrolled by Madhura Sridhar and Yash Rangineni. The sources say that Suresh Babu may also give his support to this film as he is very impressed with the subject.
The sources close to the film unit says that the director K.V. R. Mahendra has earlier made a short movie ‘Nisheedhi’ and now he came up with this upcoming film Dorasani. The story of Dorasani is completely in the Telangana dialect. The makers were in the search of two new faces and now they have decided to launch Shivatmika Rajasekhar and Anand Deverakonda. It is heard that Yash Rangineni, Vijay Deverakonda’s relative who had earlier produced Pelli Choopulu starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ritu Varma, is believed to have suggested Anand Deverakonda’s name for this film.
On the otherside, Rajasekhar’s elder daughter Shivani Rajasekhar is making her debut with the film Two States, in which she is playing the love interest of Adivi Sesh. Recently She has also signed a Tamil film in which she will share the screen space with Vishnu Vishal. Shivani Rajasekhar will be seen playing college going student in this film. Vijay Deverakonda’s brother Anand Deverakonda was waiting for the right time to make his entry in Film Industry. Meanwhile Vijay Deverakonda is working with Parsuram for upcoming movie Geetha Govindam. He is also waiting for the release of Taxiwaala.
