There is a lot of excitement around Sukumar’s directorial venture Rangasthalam. And there are so many reasons for it. We have the extremely good-looking pair of Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni pairing up. It is a deviation from Charan’s usual masala entertainer and is a period film, which is a thriller. On the occasion of Valentine day, the makers released ‘Yentha Sakkagunnaave’ song from Rangasthalam, which went viral on the social media and finally it has clocked over 1 Cr views with nearly 199K likes on YouTube. Needless to say, the song’s success has raised expectations on the entire audio album which will be released in March. The song is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, who has also sung the lines written by lyricist Chandrabose.
Billed as a revenge drama, the movie narrates the story that happened in Rangasthalam village in 1985. The romance angle is also said to be one of the major highlight of this film. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the film has been majorly shot across Godavari belt. It is scheduled to hit the theaters on 30th March.
On the otherside, very soon, Ram Charan will start shooting for director Koratala Siva’s next. He is also co-producing his father and Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming mega-budget period drama Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy under his home production banner Konidela Production Company.
