Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo completed two years of its release as it was arrived at the theaters on 12th January 2020. The romantic and family drama was released alongside Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and went on to become a huge hit at the box office.
The film, helmed by Trivikram Srinivas co-starring Tabu, and Jayaram revolves around Bantu (essayed by Allu Arjun), who grows up being constantly subjected to his father’s scorn until he learns of his real parentage. He decides to carve a place for himself within the family he truly belongs to. Along with the movie, its soundtrack was also a big hit, with the songs such as “Butta bomma” and “Samajavaragamana” becoming chartbusters.
On the otherside, the talented actress Pooja Hegde is currently working on Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with Salman Khan and Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus opposite Ranveer Singh. She is also waiting for the release of Radhe Shyam featuring young Rebel star Prabhas in the lead role. Radhe Shyam is expected to hit the theatres later this year. An official announcement regarding the release date will be out in the coming months.
Meanwhile Allu Arjun is basking in the glory of his recently released movie Pushpa: the Rise, which has turned out blockbuster at the box office.
